Harvard H. Ellis Technical High School, or Ellis Tech, is a technical high school located in Danielson, Connecticut. It is part of the Connecticut Technical Education and Career System. Founded in 1916 as the Putnam Trade School, it was the first technical school in Connecticut to have its own building. It is in the Connecticut Technical High School System. It receives students from many nearby towns.

The Yenowine-Nichols-Collins House was once on the National Register of Historic Places in Georgetown, Indiana. A fire took place on October 31, 2005, due to Halloween arson, and the building was torn down in 2008. Later that year, First Harrison Bank rebuilt the structure in its original design. They used as many bricks from the original building as possible and now occupy the building as a bank branch. The house was built in 1832, and was a two-story, five-bay, Federal style brick dwelling. It had a rear ell, low gable roof, and gable end chimneys.

Buellia erubescens, the common button lichen, is a species of lichen in the genus Buellia. It is found commonly on the bark and occasionally on the wood of Quercus, Pinus, Juniperus, or other species of trees with bark that has generally low pH. It is common between 600 and 3,000 m elevation, and is common in submontane to subalpine forests.
